E-statements

The Credit Union will be transitioning to paperless/electronic E-Statements beginning January 1, 2018.  Fee for continued Paper statements mailed to your home will be $2.00 for each statement period.

Directions for E-Statements:  

Sign into online Banking.  Click on 'Self-Serve' Tab.  Under 'Additional Services', click on 'E-Statement'.  Read the E-Statement Terms & Conditions, scroll to bottom.  Click on 'Sample PDF' - This is how your statement will look.  Close this form and click on        'Agree'. 

Approximately 5 days after your next statement period ends, you will recieve an email notification letting you know your statement is ready for viewing.

Debit Card and Share Draft Program

Access your Credit Union money wherever you are!!  Request a Dedham Town Employees Federal Credit Union Debit Card.

 

No Fee for Transactions using the AllPoint Network!  Add the mobile app to your Smartphone and it will show you where NO Fee, AllPoint Networks are located in your current area.  55,000 ATM Machines are available.

Share Draft Checking Accounts

Write a check to pay that bill. No need to come into the Credit Union to request a check.  No monthly fees!

 

 

Debit Card

Another way to access your money. Withdrawals through the surcharge free AllPoint network. Use your Card to purchase at any store that accepts VISA. Add AllPoint Mobile App to your phone!!
